The Graciete Group aims to develop high quality products, with respect for environmental ethics in all processes. We try to ensure that our products have a reduced ecological footprint, highlighting the organic production of vegetables that feeds the food processing plant and the return of all plant residues to our farm *, where they are used to feed our pigs and sheep and in the future for composting. Our organic production model uses sheep to fertilize the land which, after production, is used as pasture for animals, avoiding the use of fertilizers. We do not use any herbicide and, in the case of pesticides, we only use the most natural and positive for soil health and local biodiversity.
The fact that we close the cycle between the farm and the factory is an extraordinary ecological characteristic, with few similar examples. We guarantee traceability at the origin of the product and the sustainability of the transformation processes at the factory, thus achieving a final product of high quality and sustainability, at an affordable cost and with a message of environmental respect and promotion of local consumption, suitable for all consumers .
